They responded in an acceptable timeframe to my inquiry and followed up with me for scheduling. They were prompt and finished the work in the amount of time they had estimated. The floors look so much better. I feel like I got what I paid for.

We had 1500sf of floor to finish plus a staircase. They did a great job. Had a couple issues with the stairs but they fixed it and made it right. Very friendly and responsive.

Sergiu was prompt, professional, and did a beautiful job. He did all we asked of him (fit our schedule, covered all cabinets and room openings, added the extra coat others did not offer) and answered all our questions. Our floors were just recently finished so we can only comment on what we have already seen.

Mr. Sergiu and his partner did 4 rooms and a stairway in 2 days. The finish looks very good. The removal of the old finish left the floor smooth and clean into every corner and under every radiator. Very thorough job at a fair price. The only hint that some workers were in the house was the beautifully finished floors.

They came back to fix a small imperfection with no hesitation. Very trustworthy.

Sergiu listened to what we wanted to accomplish and then politely explained what would work. He ended up repairing and refinishing our natural finish maple hardwood floors that I have hated for the last 17 years. The floors were stained a rich darker color and finished with three coats of product . Floor refinishing is a dusty job and mess was kept to a minimum. I am so happy with how the floors turned out that I told our realtor I no longer want to move! (Just kidding, about the moving that is, not the quality of the work).

I am blown away by the new finish to my floors. I thought that refinishing them would just extend their replacement by a few years. I was wrong. The floors look brand new! The price was absolutely fantastic too. I can't be happier.
